Coaches, Game Coordinators,
and other volunteer positions are needed.
- FBBA processes over
1100 applications, and does our best to get as many kids into the program
as we can. Wait list
letters/emails, do not go out to the parents until the season starts. Prior to the season starting, we are
constantly moving kids in and out of the program, thus the wait list is
changing everyday.
- In the event that spots
do not become available, we will issue you a refund check. The cut-off date to hold registration
fees is December 20th.
- Children MUST play in
the grade they are presently in – no exceptions.
- Children are placed in
the grade that is listed on the registration form. Once teams are formed, and coaches call
to welcome their players onto their respective team, occasionally they
find out that a particular player has been placed in the wrong grade. FBBA goes back to the registration form
to see where the error occurred. If
the registration form was filled out incorrectly by the parent, your child
will be moved to the correct grade, and they will be placed first on the
wait list for that grade, unless there is space available.
- Skills assessments have
nothing to do with who gets into the program, and who remains on the wait
list. It is all predicated on the
registration ticket number.
- The number of children
that get in to the each grade program is dependent upon: 1) court
availability; 2) number of Game Coordinators; and 3) number of
Coaches. We are ALWAYS looking for
volunteers. Why not volunteer and
help get your child into the program.
