As we expect a smaller group this year we would like parents to please fill out the google form attached.   The results would help us determine which grades have enough players, coaches, and site directors to form a division.   

 

When filling out the form, please indicate if you are willing to volunteer.  Coaches and assistant coaches are always welcome however there are other positions available.  A description for each position is listed on this website https://www.fastbreakbasketball.org/Default.aspx?tabid=744872  .  If you have additional questions you may also email secretary@fastbreakbasketball.org .
